Prime rib story for the New York Times

In today’s Food section of the New York Times I photographed a few of the examples of restaurants serving prime rib, including the lead image. I photographed both at Burger & Barrel and Mission Chinese Food. If you’re into prime rib as a cut of steak I think you’d be pretty pleased with either place and their offering.

This was the lead image shot at Burger & Barrel of their prime rib with all the sides and sauces.
